You already know your star rating. What you can't do is read a thousand reviews of the places you compare yourself with.
The written Google reviews of you and the businesses you compare yourself with, read one at a time.
For every review we note whether the guest was positive, mixed or negative, and keep the sentence they wrote.
A score for each category, how you rank against them, what's changing month to month, and the guests' words behind every number.
We don't tell you how to run your business. We count what guests say, show you exactly where each number comes from, and never dress up a pattern as a cause.
Scores, ranks and trends. Click any number and read the reviews behind it.
Scores before and after a date you give us. The data shows what changed, not why.
A new chef, a new menu, a refit. Add it to your timeline and it appears on your charts.
Your first look is free. The plan starts at a £25 setup, with your baseline report and first month free, then £10 a month. Compare with more, or with much busier places, and it costs a little more. Cancel any time.
Public Google reviews of your business and the places you compare with: the text, the date and the star rating. We don't need access to your systems, bookings or tills.
No. We never store reviewer names or profile IDs, and we delete reviews older than three years along with everything derived from them.
Yes. Every score is counted from the guests' own words, which you can open question by question, copied exactly from their reviews, so you can read what was said behind any number.
Stars tell you how happy someone was overall, not what about. Scores come only from what guests wrote, so every number can be traced to a sentence.
Yes. Your free sample compares you with two businesses you pick. When you get started you choose the four for your baseline report and dashboard (the two from your sample are already in), or four of your own sites instead, and you can change one a month. You can also compare with more: the pricing page works out what that costs.
Yes. We check each one first, so it's something a review can answer and not a copy of one we already ask.
No. We show what people say and when, and how that compares with the places you choose. You know your business; the why is yours.
Not always, and we'd rather say so than guess. A category needs 20 mentions before it gets a score. Some come up in most reviews and fill easily; others are rarely mentioned unless something went wrong, so they can stay blank on a smaller business. We read all six either way, and show the thin ones as "not enough data" rather than inventing a number from three comments.
Any time: ask from your dashboard's Settings, or email us. Your baseline report stays yours.
